SHIPPING & PRODUCTION POLICY
Welcome to Kalibo Design! Because we care about our planet and want to prevent retail waste, we don't hold massive inventory in dusty warehouses. Every single piece you order is custom-made, printed, or embroidered specifically for you the moment you hit that purchase button.
Here is what you can expect from our fulfillment process:
- Production & Processing Time
- Timeframe: 2 to 5 business days.
During peak holiday seasons or major drops, production may take slightly longer, but our team always works around the clock to get your order ready.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (USA)
Standard Shipping: 3 to 6 business days after production is completed.
Once your order leaves our facility, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number (Tracking ID) so you can follow its journey.
3. Address Corrections & Lost Packages
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot change the shipping details once the production process has begun.
If your package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you haven't received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us. Thank you for supporting independent design and sustainable fashion!
