1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery time depends on your location:

  • USA: 5–10 business days

  • Europe: 7–15 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days

2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to follow your package in real time.

3. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we accept returns/exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting info@kalibodesign.com with photos of the issue.

4. Can I cancel my order?
Because all products are made-to-order (print on demand), orders are sent to production immediately. For this reason, cancellations are generally not possible.
If you notice an error in your order (wrong size, color, or shipping address), please contact us within 1 hour of purchase at info@kalibodesign.com. We will do our best to assist you before production starts.
